Sourcing Update Q4 2009

Cameron McKenna has published its latest update on developments in the sourcing industry. This outlines the changes that will come into effect from 20 December as a result of the Public Contracts (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and summarises recent case law concerning limitation of liabilities and use of “reasonable endeavours”.
