Net Neutrality review launched by the European Commission

Neelie Kroes, European Commission Vice-President for the Digital Agenda "the internet belongs to all of us" press conference on the publication of the Commission's report on net neutrality which it says "underlines the right of citizens and businesses to have easy access to an open and neutral internet".
