EC Decision is a Precedent for Future ICT Cases

The European Commission indicated today that its recent decision on the McAfee/Intel case will be a precedent for its approach toward cases in the ICT sector in the future. 

In the case the deal was cleared on a conditional basis after the parties agreed interoperability undertakings.
